ዳሸን ባንክ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሠረት የሚከተለውን በተበዳሪ ወይም አስያዥ ንብረት ባለበት ሁኔታ በሐራጅ ይሸጣል።

ማሳሰቢያ

1. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን መነሻ ዋጋ 25% የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ (CPO) በዳሽን ባንክ ኢ.ማ. ስም በማሰራት በጨረታው ዕለት ይዘው በመቅረብ መመዝገብ ይችላሉ።

2. ጨረታው በሰንጠረዡ ላይ በተገለፀው ቀን እና ሰዓት ንብረቱ በሚገኝበት አድራሻ ይካሄዳል።

3. የሐራጁ አሸናፊ ገዢ/ ከሚገዛው ንብረት ጋር የተያያዙ ማናቸውም ለመንግስት የሚከፈለው ግብር፣ታክስ ፣ውዝፍ የሊዝ ክፍያ፣ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (15%) እና ሌላ ከስም ዝውውር ጋር የሚገናኙ ወጪዎችን ገዢው አሸናፊው ይከፍላል።

4. የጨረታው አሸናፊ ያሸነፈበትን ቀሪ ገንዘብ አሸናፊ መሆኑን ከተገለፀለት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ አጠናቆ መክፈል ይኖርበታል። ባይከፍል ግን ጨረታው ተሰርዞ ያስያዘው ገንዘብ አይመለስለትም። በተጨማሪም ንብረቱ ድጋሚ ለሐራጅ ሲቀርብ ለሚታየው የዋጋ ልዩነት ይጠየቃል። በጨረታው ለተሸነፉ ተጫራቾች ያሲያዙት ሲፒኦ ወዲያውኑ ይመለስላቸዋል።

5. በጨረታው ላይ አስያዥና ተበዳሪ ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው መገኘት ይችላሉ፤ ባይገኙ ጨረታው በሌሉበት ይካሄዳል፡፡

6. የተጫራቾች ምዝገባ ከሐራጁ መዝጊያ ሠዓት 10 ደቂቃ በፊት ይጠናቀቃል፡

7. ጨረታው ተጀምሮ በተቀመጠው ሰዓት ውስጥ ካልተጠናቀቀ ሊራዘም ይችላል።

8. ከፍተኛ ዋጋ ያቀረበው ተጫራች የጨረታው አሸናፊ ነው የሚባለው አሸናፊነቱን የሚገልፅ ደብዳቤ በፅሑፍ ሲደርሰው ነው፡፡

9. ህዳር 23 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም 3፡00–3፡30 ሰዓት አራት ኪሎ አብርሆት ቤተ መጸሐፍ አካባቢ በሚገኘው ዳሸን ባንክ ሰሜን አዲሰ አበባ ቀጠና ጽ/ቤት በመገኘት በእለቱ ከባንኩ ተወካይዮች ጋር በመሆን የሚሸጠውን ቤት መጎበኘት ይቻላል።

10. ባንኩ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

No margin of domestic preference shall apply, and proposers are required to meet the following qualification criteria:

The procurement process will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Proposals (RFP) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" 6^th Edition, February 2025 ("Procurement Regulations"), and is open to all eligible Proposers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the request for proposals document. The following weightings shall apply to Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 60% and for Bid cost: 40%.

Interested eligible Proposers may obtain further information from Ministry of Innovation and Technology (MINT), Eastern Africa Regional Digital Integration Project (EARDIP) office, e-mail procurement@mintprojects.gov.et and inspect the request for proposals document during office hours from 08:30 - 12:30 hours and 13:30 -17:00 hours Ethiopian time from Mondays to Thursdays; and 08:30 to 11:30 hours and 13:30 - 17:00 hours Ethiopian time on Fridays at the address given below.

6. The request for proposals document in English language may be freely accessed by interested eligible Proposers upon submission of a written application using the email addresses indicated below (e-mail should be sent for both addresses indicated below). Once the email request has been sent to the designated e-mail addresses, the soft copy of the RFP document will be sent to the requester. To facilitate further communication and correspondence, the interested eligible Proposer should indicate the name of the company, contact/focal person, telephone number, e-mail address and relevant information on his/her request e-mail.

7. Proposals must be delivered to the address below on or before December 9th, 2025, 14:30 hours Ethiopian Time. Electronic procurement will not be permitted. Late Proposals will be rejected. The outer Proposal envelopes marked "ORIGINAL PROPOSAL", and the inner envelopes marked "TECHNICAL PART" will be publicly opened in of the Proposers' designated representatives and anyone presence who chooses to attend, at the address below on December 9th, 2025, at 15:00 hours Ethiopian Time. All envelopes marked "FINANCIAL PART" shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public opening.

8. All Proposals must be accompanied by a Proposal Security of USD 70,000.00 (Seventy Thousand us dollar) or ETB 9,500,000.00 (ETB Nine Million Five Hundred Thousand) or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.

9. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful proposer's beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
