ዳሸን ባንክ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሠረት የሚከተለውን በተበዳሪ ወይም አስያዥ ንብረት ባለበት ሁኔታ በሐራጅ ይሸጣል።

ማሳሰቢያ

1. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን መነሻ ዋጋ 25% የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ (CPO) በዳሽን ባንክ ኢ.ማ. ስም በማሰራት በጨረታው ዕለት ይዘው በመቅረብ መመዝገብ ይችላሉ።

2. ጨረታው በሰንጠረዡ ላይ በተገለፀው ቀን እና ሰዓት ንብረቱ በሚገኝበት አድራሻ ይካሄዳል።

3. የሐራጁ አሸናፊ ገዢ/ ከሚገዛው ንብረት ጋር የተያያዙ ማናቸውም ለመንግስት የሚከፈለው ግብር፣ታክስ ፣ውዝፍ የሊዝ ክፍያ፣ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (15%) እና ሌላ ከስም ዝውውር ጋር የሚገናኙ ወጪዎችን ገዢው አሸናፊው ይከፍላል።

4. የጨረታው አሸናፊ ያሸነፈበትን ቀሪ ገንዘብ አሸናፊ መሆኑን ከተገለፀለት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ አጠናቆ መክፈል ይኖርበታል። ባይከፍል ግን ጨረታው ተሰርዞ ያስያዘው ገንዘብ አይመለስለትም። በተጨማሪም ንብረቱ ድጋሚ ለሐራጅ ሲቀርብ ለሚታየው የዋጋ ልዩነት ይጠየቃል። በጨረታው ለተሸነፉ ተጫራቾች ያሲያዙት ሲፒኦ ወዲያውኑ ይመለስላቸዋል።

5. በጨረታው ላይ አስያዥና ተበዳሪ ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው መገኘት ይችላሉ፤ ባይገኙ ጨረታው በሌሉበት ይካሄዳል፡፡

6. የተጫራቾች ምዝገባ ከሐራጁ መዝጊያ ሠዓት 10 ደቂቃ በፊት ይጠናቀቃል፡

7. ጨረታው ተጀምሮ በተቀመጠው ሰዓት ውስጥ ካልተጠናቀቀ ሊራዘም ይችላል።

8. ከፍተኛ ዋጋ ያቀረበው ተጫራች የጨረታው አሸናፊ ነው የሚባለው አሸናፊነቱን የሚገልፅ ደብዳቤ በፅሑፍ ሲደርሰው ነው፡፡

9. ህዳር 23 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም 3፡00–3፡30 ሰዓት አራት ኪሎ አብርሆት ቤተ መጸሐፍ አካባቢ በሚገኘው ዳሸን ባንክ ሰሜን አዲሰ አበባ ቀጠና ጽ/ቤት በመገኘት በእለቱ ከባንኩ ተወካይዮች ጋር በመሆን የሚሸጠውን ቤት መጎበኘት ይቻላል።

10. ባንኩ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

የሐራጁ ሽያጭ የሚካሄደው በፌዴራል ፍርድ ቤቶች የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ጽ/ቤት የጨረታ አዳራሽ ውስጥ ሲሆን፣ ንብረቱን ተጫርተው ለመግዛት የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ከጨረታው ቀደም ብሎ ባሉት አራት የሥራ ቀናቶች ውስጥ ባለመብቱ ለማስጎብኘት በሚመርጧቸው ሶስት የሥራ ቀናት በፌ/ፍ/ ቤቶች ፍርድ አፈፃፀም ጽ/ቤት ሐራጅ ክፍል ድረስ ከጠዋቱ በ3፡30 ሰዓት ብቻ በመገኘትና ባለመብቱ በሚያቀርበው ትራንስፖርት ንብረቱን ባለበት ቦታ ድረስ በመውሰድ ለመጐብኘት የሚችሉ ሲሆን፤እያንዳንዱ ተጫራች በሚጫረትበት ወቅት የንብረቱን መነሻ ግምት 1/4 ኛውን በንግድ ባንክ በተረጋገጠ CPO ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፡፡ ከ1/4ኛው አስበልጦም ሆነ አሳንሶ የሚመጣ ተጫራች በጨረታው አይካፈልም፡፡ በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነው ግለሰብ አሸናፊ የሆነበትን ገንዘብ በአጠቃላይ ጨረታውን ከአሸነፈበት ቀን ጀምሮ በፍ/አፈ/ጽ/ቤት ስም CPO አሠርቶ በኢትዮያ ንግድ ባንክ ብቻ ሙሉ ገንዘቡን በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ ገቢ ማድረግ አለበት በጨረታ አሸናፊ የሆነ በጨረታ ያሸነፈበትን ገንዘብ ገቢ ሳይደረግ ቀርቶ በቀጣይ ጨረታ ተደርጎ ጨረታው ከበፊቱ ጨረታው ቀንሶ ከተሸጠ ገዥው በልዩነት ተጠያቂ እንደሚሆን የፍ/አፈ/ጽ/ቤት ንብረቱን በህጋዊ መንገድ በሐራጅ ስለመሸጡ ለሚመለከተው አካል ማስረጃ ከመጻፍ ባለፈ ስም የማዛወር ግዴታ የሌለበት መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡

The Federal Government of Ethiopia has received Financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost ofMulti-Sectoral Approach for Stunning Reduction project (MASREP). የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ጎንደር ዲስትሪክት በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 216/92 መሰረት ቀጥሎ የተመለከተውን ንብረት ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል።

ማሳሰቢያ -

1. ተጫራቾች ስጨረታ ሲቀርቡ በጨረታው እስት የጨረታ መነሻ ዋጋ 1/4ኛውን በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲ.ፒ.ኦ.ይዘው መቅረብ አስባቸው።

2, በጨረታው ስተሸነፉ ተጫራቾች ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ወዲያዉኑ ተመሳሽ ይሆናል።

3. የጨረታው አሸናፊ ቀሪውን ገንዘብ በ15 (በአስራ አምስት) ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ አጠቃስጡ መክፈል አስባቸው። ባይከፍሉ ግን የሐራጅ ውጤቱ ተሰርዞ ያስያዙት ገንዘብ አይመስስም። ባንኩም ቤቱን እንደገና በጨረታ የመሸጥ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።

7. ጨረታው ባስ አዳው ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሱ፤ ተጫራቾች ወይንም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይካሄዳል።

8. የጨረታው አሸናፊ የሚታወቀው ባንኩ ከፍተኛ ዋጋ የሰጠውን ተጫራች አሸናፊ መሆኑን ባንኩ በደብዳቤ ሲያሳውቅ ነው።

9. በንብረቶች ሽያጭ ላይ በመንግስት የሚጣስ ግብር/ታክስ የጨረታው አሸናፊ ይከፍላስ።

1. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the East Africa Skills for Transformation and Regional Integration Project (EASTRIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the construction of college facilities at Hawassa Polytechnic College.

2. The Hawassa Polytechnic College, East Africa Skill Transformation and Regional Integration Project /EASTRIP/now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Office and Laboratory Furniture's from those having experience under goods procurement. The procurement of the goods is expected to be completed within 60 calendar days.

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive procurement using a Request for Bid (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers: Procurement in Investment Project Financing, Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services dated July 2016, Revised November 2017, August 2018 and Nov. 2020. ("Procurement Regulations"), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ

ሕብረት ባንክ አ.ማ. በቅርንጫፎቹ በኩል ለሰጠው ብድር በመያዣነት የያዛቸውን እና ከዚህ በታች የተመለከቱትን ንብረቶች በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 216/92 በተሰጠው ስልጣን መስረት በግልፅ ሐራጅ(ጨረታ) አወዳድሮ ይሸጣል:

የሐራጅ ደንቦች፡-

1. ተጫራቾች የሐራጁን መነሻ ዋጋ አንድ አራተኛ በሕብረት ባንክ አ.ማ.(Hibret Bank S.C) ስም የተሰራ የባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ (ሲ.ፒ.ኦ.) ብቻ በማስያዝ መጫረት ይችላሉ::ከባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ (ሲ.ፒ.ኦ) ውጭ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ማስያዣ ተቀባይነት የለውም::

2. ለሐራጅ የቀረበውን ንብረት ለመጎብኘት የሚፈልግ ተጫራች ከባንኩ የሕግ አገልግሎቶች መምሪያ ወይም ከቅርንጫፉ ጋር አስቀድሞ ቀጠሮ በመያዝ ከጨረታው ዕለት ሶስት ቀናት አስቀድሞ መጎበኘት ይችላል::

3. ከተራ ቁጥር 1- 7 ላይ የተጠቀሱት ንብረቶች ሐራጅ ባህርዳር ከተማ፣ዳግማዊ ምኒልክ ክ/ከተማ፣ቀበሌ 14 የተባበሩት ማደያ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘው የባንኩ ሰሜን ምዕራብ ቀጠና(ዲስትሪክት) ቢሮ ውስጥ ይካሄዳል በተራ ቁጥር 8 እና 9 የተጠቀሱት ንብረቶች ሐራጅ የሚከናወነው ጎንደር ከተማ በሚገኘው የባንካችን ፋሲል ቅርንጫፍ ቢሮ ውስጥ ነው::

4. በሐራጅ ላይ መገኘት የሚችሉት ተጫራቾች፣ተበዳሪ እና አስያዥ ብቻ ናቸው::ተጫራቾች በሐራጅ ለመሳተፍ ሲመጡ መታወቂያ መያዝ ይገባቸዋል::ተጫራቾች የሕግ ሰውነት የተሰጣቸው አካላት ከሆኑ ደግሞ ሕጋዊ ሰውነት ያገኙበትን የዋና ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት እና ሐራጁን ለመሳተፍ የቀረበው ሰው ስልጣኑን የሚያሳይ በሰነዶች ማረጋገጫና ምዝገባ ፅ/ቤት ወይም በተመሳሳይ አካል የፀደቀ መመስረቻ ፅሁፍ(የመተዳደሪያ ደንብ) ቃለ ጉባኤ ወይም የውክልና ሰነድ ይዞ መቅረብ አለበት::

5. የተጫራቾች ምዝገባ ከሐራጁ መዝጊያ ሰዓት ሰላሳ ደቂቃ በፊት ይደረጋል::

6. ከፍተኛ ዋጋ ላልሰጡ ተጫራቾች ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ወዲያውኑ ይመለስላቸዋል::ከፍተኛ ዋጋ ለሰጠ ተጫራች ደግሞ ያቀረበውን ዋጋ ባንኩ ሲቀበለው ያሸነፈበትን ቀሪ ገንዘብ በአስራ አምስት ቀናት ውስጥ አጠቃልሎ እንዲከፍል የሚገልፅ ደብዳቤ የሚሰጠው ሲሆን በዚህ ጊዜ ውስጥ ካልከፈለ ግን ያስያዘው ገንዘብ ለባንኩ ገቢ ሆኖ ሐራጁ ይሰረዛል::በተጨማሪም ንብረቱ በድጋሚ ለሐራጅ ሲቀርብ ለሚታየው የዋጋ ልዩነት ይጠየቃል::
